Construction content: Utilizing the existing factory building with an area of 3,000 square meters, the safety, environmental protection and energy conservation levels will be enhanced. The production line with an annual output of 5,000 tons of titanium tetrachloride will be transformed and converted to produce 5,000 tons of zirconium tetrachloride products annually. Three sets of zirconium tetrachloride production lines will be built, and production equipment such as graphite heating elements, fiberglass reinforced plastic shells, chlorination furnace bottoms, transition sections, expansion sections, medium-frequency heating devices, screw feeders, double-screw heating mixers, zirconium tetrachloride dust collectors, zirconium tetrachloride condensers, screw dischargers, and helical ribbon mixers will be purchased.
